On March 16, 2020, about fifty students and entrepreneurs really wanted to understand the benefits of free markets in DR Congo and what are the challenges of the huge increase in taxes on the lives of entrepreneurs in Goma.

LESTER, who in his reflection shows that the promotion of freedom is the most effective means that governments should ensure to the peoples in order to flourish on the social, economic and political levels of each country that wants to have development.
